Level 1 - Service Only Dry-Hire

Foundation Package

The Ace – $1,000 Base + $3 per guest
The Stella – $1,450 Base + $3 per guest

Client provides alcohol, ice, mixers, cups, and garnishes.

Includes:

  • 4 hours of active bar service

  • Appropriate staffing (2 for Ace, 3 for Stella)

  • Ice, standard mixers, classic garnishes

  • Setup & teardown

  • Liquor liability coverage

  • Alcohol quantity consultation

  • Client provides alcohol only

Level 2 - Signature Experience (Most Popular)

Elevated & Streamlined

The Ace – $1,000 + $5 per guest
The Stella – $1,450 + $5 per guest

Most couples and corporate hosts choose this level to eliminate coordination stress while keeping flexibility.

  • Includes everything in Level 2

  • 4 hours of active bar service

  • Ice, mixers, cups, garnishes

  • Custom prep for up to 2 signature cocktails

  • Specialty prep or fresh juices

  • Elevated garnish display

  • Custom drink menu signage

  • Alcohol quantity consultation

  • Client provides alcohol only

Designed for hosts who want zero friction.

Includes:

  • Includes everything in Level 3

  • Alcohol packages typically range from $11–$20+ per guest depending on menu selection (Beer & Wine | Standard Full Bar | Premium Options)

  • We purchase, transport, and serve all alcohol under our Kansas Liquor License

  • Additional bartender – $250

  • Champagne toast coordination – $3/guest

  • Custom printed drink menus – $75

  • Satellite bar installation – $300

  • Extended travel beyond 30 miles – $3/mile
