We call it "Homegrown Hospitality." We aren’t just a rental company dropping off a trailer; we are hospitality professionals. We combine the speed and skill of a commercial bar with the aesthetic of a luxury boutique experience. Plus, our "Desert Boho" setup is designed to be a visual centerpiece, not just a service station.

Dry Hire: You provide the alcohol (saving you money on markup), and we provide the vintage trailer, TIPS-certified bartenders, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware. We serve your product with our style.
Liquid Catering (Full Service): We handle everything from procurement to the pour. As a fully licensed caterer, we supply the spirits, beer, and wine, along with the staff and liability coverage. This is a per-person pricing model perfect for corporate events or hosts who want zero stress.

We believe in total transparency.
Dry Hire Packages start at a flat rate of $1,600 for the "Maverick" package.
Liquid Catering packages are priced per guest (starting at $24/pp) plus a trailer rental fee.
Travel fees apply for events more than 40 miles outside of Overland Park.

Absolutely. We carry full General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance. We are happy to provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) to your venue upon request.

Our vintage horse trailer is compact but mighty. We require a flat, level surface roughly 10’ wide x 15’ long for the trailer and service area. We also need roughly 8’-9’ of vertical clearance. Please check for low-hanging tree branches or gates before booking!

Yes. We need access to a standard 110v outlet within 100 feet of the service area to power our coolers and lights. If your event is off-the-grid (in a field or remote location), we CAN provide a quiet generator for an additional fee.

We are based in Overland Park, KS, and love a road trip. The first 40 miles of travel are included in all packages. Beyond that, we charge a standard mileage fee to cover fuel and time.

We serve rain or shine! However, for the safety of our bartenders and your guests, we cannot operate in severe weather (lightning, hail, extreme winds). If rain is in the forecast, we require a "Plan B" location or a tent covering for the service window area.

We love a good mocktail. We can create a "Zero-Proof" menu that includes craft mocktails, sodas, and hydration stations so that every guest feels included in the celebration.

Yes! We offer a luxury coffee add-on service, perfect for chilly fall weddings or late-night pick-me-ups.
